We have a new “Voices of Nature” podcast episode this month, and it is a good one! In the latest installment of VoN, we speak with Marianna Burelli, actress and entrepreneur.

Born in Venezuela, educated in Africa, Mexico, and England, and now living in Los Angeles, Marianna has experienced nature throughout the world. Her passion for healthy living and protecting nature led her to co-found AMAI, an eco-beauty product line that combines the medicinal powers of plants, flower essences and herbal oils to create 100 percent natural, organic, sustainable and plastic-free products.

Her desire to create AMAI and the importance of healthy, sustainable beauty products in protecting nature will be a topic we discuss in this interesting and engaging episode.

In April, we welcomed Koru Camp as our new Future Rangers partner.

In the second week of the month, Mbhoni onboarded Koru Camp’s facilitators to the Future Rangers platform. It was a fun-filled day of learning and, as always, it is invigorating for us to spend time with organizations that share our passion for conservation education.

The non-profit industry is an ever-changing, always growing field. We understand that it is crucial to keep up with the trends and expand our knowledge to grow GCC further.

On April 16-18, Matt Lindenberg and Mindy Robinson attended AFP ICON 2023, hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in beautiful New Orleans. We gained a wealth of valuable insights that we look forward to applying in our organization, and we look forward to attending the conference again next year.
